At SABZA, we value transparency, accountability, and fairness in all transactions made through our blockchain-powered sustainability platform. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for products, services, or digital assets purchased through sabza.me.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all users who purchase or subscribe to any service, digital product, or carbon-related asset through SABZA’s.

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

2. General Policy

Due to the digital and blockchain-based nature of our services — including carbon credits, ITMOs, offset tokens, and related transactions — refunds are generally not provided once a transaction is recorded on the blockchain. However, exceptions may apply in limited circumstances as outlined below.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered if:

• The payment was processed in error or charged multiple times for the same transaction.
• The purchased service or product was not delivered or could not be accessed due to a verified technical issue on SABZA’s end.
• The transaction was fraudulent or unauthorized, subject to verification.
• A written agreement was made prior to the purchase that allows for a refund under specific conditions.

4. Non-Refundable Transactions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Successful blockchain transactions (carbon tokens, credits, or ITMOs) that have been validated and recorded.
• Services already rendered, including consultancy, verification, or registration services.
• Refund requests made after 14 days of purchase.
• Purchases made under special promotions, discounted packages, or limited-time offers marked as non-refundable.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@sabza.me with the following details:

• Full name and registered email address
• Transaction ID or reference number
• Date and amount of payment
• Reason for refund request
• Any supporting documentation (screenshots, receipts, etc.)

Once we receive your request, our team will:

• Review the claim within 5–7 business days.
• Verify the transaction against our internal and blockchain records.
• Notify you via email of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days through the original payment method or via SABZA wallet credit, depending on the transaction type.

6. Refunds for Carbon Assets

For carbon credits, tokens, or ITMOs:

• Once the asset is transferred, retired, or listed on a blockchain ledger, the transaction becomes final and irreversible.
• Refunds cannot be issued for assets that have already contributed to verified emission reductions or have been retired for compliance purposes.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the issue to our Compliance Department by emailing contact@sabza.me.

We will review the case and respond within 15 working days.

8. Changes to This Policy

SABZA reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in our business model, technology, or regulatory requirements. The latest version will always be available on sabza.me with an updated “Last Revised” date.
